Hi Bofa, s
BOFA will give bonus to employees??
Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

I had an interview w/ the Hiring Manager at Boston Consulting Group for a position and it went so well that the HM said on the spot I was going to be moving onto the next round. Its been weeks since that interview & I've had to follow up w/ the recruiter 3x asking for an update. I mentioned interviewing elsewhere but prioritizing BCG. He finally responded to that saying he was going to debrief with the HM and get back to me but nothing... what gives?

You negotiate for what makes sense for your new role, regardless of what you are getting paid now. Different roles require different pay.

Do you understand your value?
It depends. Your current comp means almost nothing compared to the rest of the factors at play (role, skills you have, YoE, etc.) Ex. would expect a much different target from 100k for a SWE exit to big tech than a UPS driver with a decade of experience leaving to drive with another company.

What?.. what role are you going into? What kind of experience do you have? What’s the cost of living in your area? Do you have any certifications?

Thanks for everyone’s reply! Currently an IT audit senior in the Midwest and looking to get into the same position in industry. Not really money hungry just looking to get some different experience.
FWIW I was considering leaving PwC when I was just under 100k for a job paying 120k. Within 6 months I was making 130k at PwC and next year should be making around 150. Progression happens faster than you’d think at b4 if you do a good job
