I joined EY couple of months back and recently attended an interview call I got from pwc(had applied earlier before joining EY). Reason- pwc is in hometown, EY might involve transfer.
Now, I'm shortlisted and HR is asking me for my expectations. She doesn't seem bothered by the fact that I got a recent hike.
Any advice what can I ask? Current ctc 14.5 lpa(including variable) and YoE 5.8. In tech consulting under the Ms Dynamics practice.
Also how is Pwc in terms of MS Dynamics practice and wlb?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Its a VC funded startup & aggressively growing. I’ve never worked for a start up, so curious what everyone’s experiences are and any feedback would be super appreciated thank you!!
