I joined IBM this week and currently on bench. Initially during interviews they told me it’s for a project but now they say I am bench.
No one has contacted me yet for any project allocation, project interviews or even to get my resume. My manager says someone will definitely contact me and assist me with allocation. But I am not sure when this “someone” will reach out to me. I am shit scared now.
Is there something I can do to get myself billed? Any internal portal?

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

The same jobs open for 2 1/2 yrs reposting salaries after interviewing 100 then cutting the salary by up to $50k They say can’t find people but they fire you in 90 days when your working 80 hours a week or people are walking!
