I just finished my third interview, and they said they're still interviewing other candidates. Has anyone been in this situation and actually gotten the job? I'm wondering if I should follow up and what I could possibly say that wouldn't seem pushy but shows I'm still interested.

I do a lot of strategy/roadmap work with sales and marketing professionals for salesforce implementations. Non technical but senior facing. Am curious what this would translate to within the company.

If you're being told "take your full lunch" (because by law you need to be given a certain amount of lunch depending on how many hours you work) but then you're told, if work's not done you need to stay until it is, and now people don't want to take their full lunches because it means they'll have to stay after work longer, is that coercion a violation of any federal labor laws?

I accepted a new offer and put in my notice this week and my company provided a counteroffer. The offer is lower than my new offer but I know it’s the best they can do. Financially I do need the money but I’m also tempted to stay because my current team is so great. I have 2 questions 1) when does it make sense to prioritize workplace happiness/ balance over financial well-being? 2) if I go back on my offer acceptance should I consider that bridge burned?
