My professional life at the moment is far from ideal. I’ve been on quarantine (long story, but a good one) for the last seven years. Royalties from my books don’t pay the bills. My entrepreneurial pursuits remain hampered. What value do TPMs provide? In my company all they seem to do is tell other people to work on things they’re already working on, and incessantly nag people on slack for status updates and timelines which you’ve already provided.
