Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! Just jerky. Dried meats and nuts are the most natural ways to get a good protein fix.
Rx bars for sure - simple, more natural ingredients
I don’t like protein bars, however I have absolutely fallen in love with the prime bites brownies They are not sugar-free, but they are very low and sugar and they taste amazing. You don’t even know you’re eating protein. They have 19 g of protein. I don’t even like chocolate and I love their Cookie Monster and their glazed doughnut flavors. But I have to say the banana nut and the blueberry one is very good.
You may want to re-look at prime,. Go to a Google search not necessarily on their protein bars, but definitely on their protein drinks.

Anything processed is not great. I do Starbucks egg bites for protein on the run. Still not amazing but better than processed protein bars.
Just drink protein powder/water and eat a few nuts, raisins. I add a tbsp chia to my protein drink.

Pure protein bars...20g protein and 1g sugar! My favorite 😍
Rule of thumb: g of protein + g of fiber > g of sugar or it's a candy bar. Some Kind bars, Aloha bars, IQ bars all meet this criteria.
