I just started a new job and I’m miserable- my new agency seems to have a lot of emotional baggage and general anger/grumpiness. Everyone is just kind of nasty and it’s really making me regret my choice - I feel like I left a toxic culture but that had really good humans and now I’m just in a toxic place where everyone is miserable and quite frankly mean.

How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive.
