I am not good in trading. Earlier had some with motilal oswal, have to check it's status and close as Citi does not permit trading outside I guess.
Since I recently joined Citi, Now I want to learn and do trading inside citi. I really want to master this skill ..
Please guide me on this.
Thanks in advance Citi India Cognizant Infosys Tata Consultancy

Also contrary to what D1 said you can’t negotiate salary across tracks/models. It’s usually only across entities so for example if you went from federal to commercial
Project specialist is pdm model so lower bonus. Also you can always negotiate salary. I don't know where you're getting your information, but you're wrong.
Bonus for sure. Salary is on you to negotiate
There’s no jump in salary and your bonuses will be smaller
Switching from specialist track to normal track is a degrade, beware of bad ratings in pipeline..
That’s correct, I meant the Project Delivery Specialist in the PDM track, which most don’t know exists. I was told I needed to switch to PPD to see a higher wage and promotion, but I’m thinking it was all a lie and an effort to get me to do their proposals...
Right. They added the Project Delivery model back in '15 I believe. I think some people are confusing it with the Specialist Track (SpecMaster, SpecLeader, etc). Project Delivery Specialist and Specialist tracks are entirely different.
They could probably adjust your title according to the lateral equivilant of your Project Delivery Specialist level. I'm not sure what the bonus structure is in PDS, but I would think that it is better on the PPD track.
I see ... switching from the Pdm model to the traditional model is an upgrade however I still don’t think you can negotiate your salary across tracks unless you have some sort of leverage like certifications , etc... that are in high demand.
Specialist to traditional track is lateral. This has nothing to do with project delivery model. Source: I've done both and back again.
You'll see a bit of a bump at YE, but it'll take a few years to catch up salary-wise. That being said, you will see better bonuses and you will be included in a lot more events that could include high priced dinners and such.
