Oh no, I'm sorry. I have endo too and it's horrible. Can they operate? Finding a remote job right now is mostly just navigating through a bunch of scams and then giving up 😠Is a desk job a possibility for you? Receptionist or something?

I just under went laparoscopic surgery in October and got diagnosed with endometriosis with it forming on a nerve. I had to step down from full time to part time. I physically cannot work like I used to and am limited, I need help finding something remote! Does anyone have any suggestions? I have a high school diploma and almost 10 years of customer service experience.
Experience in customer service is a bonus. Have you ever had a call center job? Remote CS work is still somewhat healthy. It’s been on the phone all day, but not too bad. Hoping all goes well with your job search and health.

I’m so sorry to hear! Maybe try to find a call center position you can do from home. I recall AT&T offering those type of jobs before.
Insurance companies often have work from home call center jobs as well. I used to work at Allstate and it is a great company to work for. You might look and see if they are hiring.

I’m really sorry you’re dealing with that. Having your body force you to slow down can mess with your sense of independence and stability, especially when work has always been reliable for you. With that much customer service experience, remote support roles, chat based customer care, scheduling, or order support might be worth looking into. It shouldn’t be this hard, but your experience absolutely still counts.

I honestly wish I could find remote work, that would be a dream! I think hybrid work may be easier to find…
