If you're not getting any response at all, rework your resume. Have someone take a look at it. Run it through AI to check for improvements, use jet words that systems are looking for, and ask for examples of metrics you can add to improve it. If you're getting initial responses but nothing after the interview, practice interviewing! All together, keep trying. It's tough out there.
This would be my suggestion too.
I suppose all you can do is keep trying. The job market can be really dead lately, it feels like a lot of companies are wary of doing any hiring. But you can still switch up your approach. Rewrite your resume, broaden your job search, haunt the careers section of company web sites. Just hang in, persistence is always important.
Keep going. What kind of admin work
Just follow up with the recruiting department or office manager at the company. Send them a follow up email or call them. Remember you have to make yourself known and seen. Companies receive over 200 resumes a day.
