I just wanted to share a thought here. I’m 52 and I have had my fair share of moments of darkness about my future in this business. Over the last month I decided to put my book out there to try my luck while working with a good recruiter. I was able to grab the attention of three agencies and get an offer from one. Nobody asked my age and nobody gave a damn about how old I am. Are we getting older? No doubt, but let’s not allow our own ideas about ageism defeat us.

I was contacted by Careernet for Booking holdings Job requirement. I was told to attend an event at conrad Bengaluru. I am not sure if companies arrange such events before hiring. Could Anyone please share any such experience. Thanks in advance..
