I keep hearing international tax has the best exit, but what are really some of the options as a senior? I don't want to go to another B4...

International tax at any company that’s big enough to have the need for someone

Core tax has the best exit because core tax work recur more frequently. International tax exit is not bad but some company outsource.

It also depends on a market I think. Not all cities have enough demand

I’m in international tax, how is it better than other tax?

I graduated with a degree in Business in 2018. I’m planning to pursue a Masters in Engineering (likely will pair with MBA) and have been taking the required pre-reqs over the last year from community college.

Is there a big difference between MEng and MS degrees? Or about the same?

I started off looking in going into Mechanical Eng but now looking more into Civil & Environmental.

Is anyone here willing to provide insight about job prospects between the two fields?

Or any other advice?

Notice Period question please. After being in the same company for 8yrs & experiencing burnout in the last 2 years, I’d like to make sure I take a month’s break before jumping into my next role. Esp as I havent taken more than 2 days off at a time this year (max. 3 times/Long weekends).

What’s the best way to go about it? Should I give my exact notice period & negotiate start date, or share my notice period with a “buffer”?

Thanks for any tips and insights!

Hi guys,
I am working since a year in my first job and I don't feel like I'm getting to learn much here or see any opportunities for growth. I am thinking about learning Salesforce development and applying for specific Salesforce jobs.
Either that or I will join another company as java developer.
Which of the two has better scope in the future, java development or Salesforce?
Any advice is appreciated.
