I know that for vacation we can have up to 1 week carried over to Q1 of 2024. What about if I have more then that, if I don’t use it do I lose it? Or do they pay me for my vacation time in excess of 1 week? Thoughts?

I regret choosing Deloitte India over USI, salary is same but i liked the clarity of my leadership team, which is still the same they are awesome, but USI people are getting many benefits, on time Hikes and appraisals, but i don't get all of those, which is kinda depressing.
