recruiter, (1) SM, then the series of
(3) 1:1's w/(1) MD and (2) SM's.
The recruiter said he will now have
an interview in Jan. w/ the PPMD.
He interviewed for a M role in
consulting for customer marketing.

feedback, just have to find out
where to put him (on the team he
interviewed for or another he is

How is senior level engineer propsectus in CGI. I m planning to join cgi, , How does CGI manage mid senior and senior employees assuming I am a decent contributor. Is it good company to pursue my next 10 years? CGI

Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

What’s your background?
Look into tech companies in Pittsburgh. Duolingo is the one I’d keep my eye on for roles, but be prepared for a ton of competition.
Other big brands: GNC, Kraft Heinz, PNC Bank, Eat’N Park, MSA, VisitPittsburgh, Steelers, Pirates, Penguins, Riverhounds, Zoo
(I constantly see job postings for Rue21. To me, it doesn’t seem like it’s because they’re growing, but because they don’t retain - but I have no insight on them)
Other Agencies:
Top Hat (they did Iron City’s rebrand), Bootstrap Design Co, Sparq Designs, G and Co Design Studio, Where Eagles Dare, Untitled Content
Going back to those groups - I usually check who they follow on Instagram to find more too!
Good resources to look at:
AMA Pittsburgh (I used to be a member, I’m not now, but I go to their events) Most of these organizations you don’t have to be a member to see or search their job boards/instagrams
