I left agency life after five years to go freelance full-time. It was exciting until I realized I missed structure, feedback, and honestly? Paid time off. Hi everyone I have one doubt While filling Gratuity form in tcs what we need to do in the witness column.

I am in a tech IC position. One of friends switched to FAANG by converting the profile to consultant profile. The friend who might have less tech knowledge than me is now in FAANG and earning more. If the end goal would be that the friend might one day be a product manager and me an engineering manager taking instructions from the same friend, isn't consultant profile an easier path to growth. I had been practising DSA for years and the competition is only ever growing.

Any good PM roles open? By good, I mean focused on PM activities and not covering down for unrealistic sales promises. Rapidly hitting my limit at my current org.

I’m seeing lots of posts about really bad losses. If you trade you’re going to lose money - hopefully not all the time, but many positions will be mistakes. But you need a process to find ideas and manage positions. Two books you should read are “The New Trading for a Livinng” and “The Laws of Trading.” Both look at psychology, process, and risk in different ways that can help you work out your own process. The next 18 months will be much harder than the last 18 - time to start learning.

Do you find that you speak figuratively or in analogies more than non-copywriters?

What about using 3 one-word sentences as a slogan? I feel like it’s super played out, but I get suggestions for it all the time. Can’t we do better than mashing together words from the crestive brief?

When non-ad ppl ask you what do you do? In terms of title; do you tell them “copywriter”? Or immediately assume they dont know and might confuse it with copyright infringement, and just end up telling them that you’re a writer or a creative director, and skip the hassle

wisdom on getting promoted to mid-level at the same agency? I’d hate to leave but I’m coming up on 3 years of (real) experience & my agency is known to have CDs come in as seniors so I’m pessimistic
