I’ve received a full time job offer from a company I have worked for remotely for the last 2 years (only traveling for productions), the only catch is I would have to move my life from a nice city with a lot of nature and outdoor opportunities to a large metropolitan city. My partner doesn’t want to move and I don’t think I do either. As a contractor, I work about 60-70 hours per week and have been grinding for two years. The full time people don’t get it any easier. We’re having an Indian wedding on a Sunday with ceremony in the morning, followed by lunch, and then cocktail hour + reception.

Given that the wedding starts early, we will have guests (~30) flying in the day before. What is the expectation in terms of arranging dinner for them? We’re trying to avoid having an additional event Saturday night - any idea on if these guests would need to have food arranged for them by us and what that could look like on a cost effective budget.
