I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

For anyone who receives a quarterly bonus or raise in some form, does your employer start to schedule you for less hours when your raise kicks in, or pull you from a future schedule entirely once you receive a bonus; only to put you back on once the hours you would have worked and earned the amount given are passed? I wish someone would create a book entirely on copywriting or art direction daily exercises that train us juniors or students to get better since creativity is a muscle. Sure, hey Whipple or the ad concept book do have some exercises, but I want more exercises that are bit more structured.

I would definitely pay money for that book.

Should I work for one more month and resign ?
Or should I resign right away and serve 2 months notice period and buy out one months notice ?
