Just been offered a manager position (people & org consulting) at a big 4 in Qatar for 24k (QAR). Based on previous threads this seems low for the region. Especially as 9k goes towards accommodation (max unfurnished 1br) ....Have I been low balled? Or is this normal?

There is lots of companies really taking a hit in the tech space. Is this something that people are nervous about? Many seem to still be having a hiring push but with the button falling (IMO this is still just start we have a long way to go to bottom out) will that halt and layoffs ensue? And if so, which depts do you think will get hit the hardest?

I'm new to consulting but have 5 years relevant work experience. Feeling a bit bummed at what I'm being paid for my years of experience and my education (tier 1 undergrad and masters). Strongly considering leaving. Could use some words of encouragement and advice.

I'm an accounts receivable expert with 8+ yrs of experience. I started with 96k per annum in 2014, and have worked with 4 different MNCs since then. Currently I'm getting approx 9Lpa, and it feels like I'm pretty much stuck here. Switching jobs increases the pay scale, while staying for a while reflects stability.

When I look at the other member's comments here, it seems majority of folks are earning 20-30Lpa or even more.

Any suggestions from mature audience to achieve a big pay raise.

YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I had 4-5 rounds of interview in Amazon in last 1.5 months, including bar raiser. I got a mail stating I am selected for position within 4 hours of my bar raiser round.
HR asked for a few documents like last 3 months payslips, ECTC etc. It's been 4 working days and that HR is not replying on my mail. It is fine or something is off track ? Any suggestions ?
Does they usually turn back after sending selection mail and asking for documents
