Disney Streaming Services I completed my interview process with DSS early last week, and was reached out by recruiter that all rounds were strong hires, and they are extending an offer. We set a time to talk on Friday about the offer. However, the announcement of targeted hiring freeze happened on Friday. I was ghosted with no call. What should I expect now? Would I still have chance to be offered?

Look for project coordinator or any type of “coordinator” positions. They typically don’t require a ton of experience but you will gain the experience you need. Also, look into marketing agencies. They can burn you out BUT you gain a lot of experience quickly, especially in PM. 1 year at an agency is like 3 years professional experience IMO.
I second this. You will likely be qualified for many coordinator positions depending on the skillset of your current role. Working in am agency will really help to quickly deepen that skillset and flesh out any weaknesses you might have. Burnout is real though.
I've been looking at roles in event management, executive assistant, and customer success manager.
Can anyone suggest additional roles I should pursue? Or provide general advice on pivoting into project management?
Thank you!

Hi! If you're thinking about pivoting into project management, I’d consider
a) pursuing the process of career exploration, which should be done in completion before any job search. It is a series of steps of practical learning and self-reflection in order to compare, contrast, and clarify which career path you are most confident in pursuing. Specifically, it will help you understand and prioritize which role and industry can help you get into project management
b) leveraging networking as a means of understanding the day to day but also the realistic pathways and nuances as to how people break in. This will inform your next steps, whether there is a "step a" to take before "step b" (ie do you need to start in one role in order to move into the role you want?), and/or whether its worth it to pursue upskilling opportunities/further education, etc.
