I need some help regarding Medical insurance advice.
I need to undergo a surgery , so should I prior contact to the Mindtree insurance team to see if that surgery is covered and claimable under Insurance policy?
If anyone has procedure how to reach Insurance team and ask them please do help it would be grateful 🙏.

Recently, my appraisal cycle got completed. So whenever a recruiter asks about CTC, will I need to add the Gratuity and Insurance and then tell the Total number.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.
