Need advice. Top performer. Team members have been leaving and I have a stupid amount of responsibilities. I’m not complaining about that but some were very swiftly transitioned while I was dealing with other work streams. TLDR: I am super burnt out and am one of two people who does any technical work. I randomly get forwarded emails from my lead about work steams that predate my tenure on the project. I can’t do it anymore and I’m losing my mind. I’m an analyst so don’t know what do.

Received an exciting job offer today and I am keeping it quiet until there’s a written offer in hand, but I want to tell the world. 80% raise from $64k to $115k... man do I feel blessed.

If you have two people who are assigned the same work and given the same resources/tools, but one person is more efficient/skilled and get their work done in 4 hours a day, would you penalize the more efficient worker for not being glued to their computer and running errands or going to the gym instead? (Say that they ask the team if anyone needs help, they are responsive to emails/ims and get all their work done).

What can I do outside the office to boost my resume and be a substantially more attractive candidate for top consulting firms in ~12 months time. Working in disputes and valuation role but want to go into management consulting next year (post MBA role). Can anyone explain why this is anti Semitic? It was targeted at Israel (not Jewish people, although they comprise much of Israel) but seemed to me to be a critique. Did not sound anti-Semitic to me.
