Take an extended vacation (1+ weeks) to decompress. Have absolutely 0 contact with work during this time and remove them from your mind.
Are you a woman in perimenopause? If so, I think it’s very understandable. HRT helped me a ton. I was a mess before it.
Be sure you are exercising regularly. I recommend weight lifting at least 3 times a week. Walking a mile or so outside the alternate days. I find that exercising, especially lifting, relieves A LOT of stress because all you can think about is getting through the rep or set. Good luck.

If less people put up with the BS the office would be a much better place. I haven’t put up with BS in a long time and it feels spectacular

I have a rule of not sending a nasty email till I have burnt 250 cals doing cardio (not lifting weights but cardio), that usually does it for me. But I hear you! The bar for idiots working in pharma is getting lower and lower every single day...
If you need tips to relieve stress during the day...then take a walk after eating your lunch. I also like listening music in my office. If you listen to music then pick a genre suitable for work like smooth jazz, classical, adult contemporary; nothing with curse words or offensive lyrics. Other tips wait 24 hours before sending any email you have written while angry. After 24 hours re-read and edit the email appropriately with your cooler head.
Fix it before you do it to the wrong person and get what you deserve.
Seems to be two layered. BS shouldn’t be put up with as it hinders work. Take a vacation or involve yourself with your hobbies for improved attitude toward your colleagues. It all starts with your mental capacity of how much work can invade your brain without you hating every second of it
I would say that in the moment of frustration you should try to find a positive about it or a bigger reason why it’s necessary to complete that task. Actively reframing your mindset will help lift the cloud.
