I really don't understand how so many people is happy with their jobs when it comes to management consulting.. I don't know your jobs, but I work at least 12 hours/day in tons of stress, high expectations, tight deadlines.. Is it life? And when I look around and say I wanna quit, people say "you can always exit to industry, but you learn more here." Is it really about learning while having no life and the only thing between your waking up and going to bed is working? What motivates you guys?

Sign-on bonus:10k

Can the hybrid model actually work?

People have gotten so used to just backing meetings up into each other. You logout of one and immediately jump in to another. I remember days full of meetings before but not at this volume.
