I received a job offer (new grad) from Intel Corporation. Im on F1 visa, and I have applied for initial EAD last week (start date early September). However, during the interview, HM said they were looking for someone around mid August(didn't seem to be urgent requirement imo). Is Intel flexible with start dates? The recruiter said immigration team would get in touch with me soon, to discuss start date (taking my preference into account). Is Intel flexible with delaying start date by 3-4 weeks?

I’ve heard the hiring process for some of these companies is painfully slow. How painfully slow are we talking? Can anyone shed light on that? My previous experience is 1 month start to finish for hiring more or less. Now it’s one month and don’t even have an interview yet but apparently a few candidates have been narrowed down. I have my first choice and apparently everything is still processing per recruiter, but I want to move on and look for other opportunities of it isn’t going to work out.

Recently I had two rounds of interview with KPMG for a content lead role.

The HR, on call, confirmed that I'd cleared the second round and would schedule an on-shore round when the team was available.

Couple of days later, the HR informs me that the position in on hold and they'll call me if something else comes up.

The Johnson interview is via Skype. Does anyone know how it works? I booked my interview online and provided my Skype ID but there is no link shared or anything.
