need opinion
I have received an offer letter from ZS as DAC.
lets suppose they offered X amount
and I was able to negotiate and increase the offer..
now I have mail confirmation from the HR of the new compensation structure that it has been set in backend. however he is saying offer letter cant be changed..so i had to sign the old offer letter while i have mail confirmation for new compensation.
Is this okay ? will there be problem later ?

1.)Mindtree:19LPA (All are fixed, since 12% VP will be given 100% every month)
2.)HCL Technologies: 21 LPA (19.3 Fixed + 8% VP)
3.)PWC AC-Banglore: 22LPA(All Fixed)
I have left the previous org in 1.1 years due to inappropriate work quality.
So I'm looking for Stability, learning & WLB majorly.

How did your assessment go OP!!??
Have you tried clicking on the link to see if it brings you to a scheduling tool? I'd go with what the recruiter says and if you have to request a new link, they should be able to get you one.
Yes I have. It takes me to a screen where that asks me to accept terms & conditions. And the continue button says “submit”. I do not want to click on submit just in case it starts the assessment
I received one with the same time frame without a recruiter contacting me beforehand
The assessment may need to be started and completed in 30 days and you have 7 days to complete it once you start it.
So if you get the assessment on day 1, you have until day 30 to start and complete it. If you start it on day 10, you have until day 17 to complete it.
Do you know if it’s bad to ignore it if I’m interested in different positions?
