I received an interview at a director competitor doing the exact same role I currently am doing. Should this be successful, I am 10000% sure they would walk me out the second I give notice.
How do I navigate the interview process so as to a. Not say anything confidential to the company and b. Not get fired if my current company finds out I am interviewing. If they find out, is that a firing “with cause”? Anyone ever done this can share their experience? Thank you.

You did an interview and your interviewer apologized that the travel time 180minutes was much higher than 30minutes scheduled time for the interview and that It could have been done remotely, but she has to follow the process. I am still waiting for feedback though.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

What do you see as most attractive exit ops in Europe? In the US, everything is about Tech/FAANG, but it seems way less attractive in Europe (less strategic roles, comp. seems much lower than in the US, very centralized around London/Dublin).
