If it’s not in writing, it didn’t happen.
There's no reason once you have an offer that any pertinent information should be withheld.
I’ve been provided the clarity verbally, but it’s not in the written offer. From prior offers, these are normal items that were included in writing so I’m trying to gage whether the lack of details is indeed acceptable
Mine stated “analyst” and my comp and that I was eligible for benefits as well I believe
Thanks. Mine says I’ve been offered a position at the company. It then goes into comp structure. And then blanket statement on benefits. It’s only when I inquired about eligibility and timing- is prorated versus available on day 1,- did the recruiter provide this information
