Later, I requested a revised offer based on a counter offer from another company. I shared the counter offer letter and my joining availability with the recruiter. After that, my Workday status changed back to "Interview Completed." How long does it usually take to receive the revised offer?

Assume starting TC is same at both or 10% more at the tech companies. That's the figure they're roughly giving me during interviews. Also coming from Deloitte.

I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. Am i making a mistake to ask and confirm about NP even before my offer letter or its ok to just enquire what's the process and possibility to reduce NP as we have buyout option too.

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts.
