I received notification my resume was passed to management two weeks ago. Then a request for my references this week for a job with a few vacancies. There’s a lot of moving parts to this I’m sure from HR , does anyone have an idea of the time line approx. after references how long before an interview or next steps? Are the interviews still online or via phone for the government?

I just completed the interview process at CGI, the HR called thereafter saying that I've cleared all the rounds and they'd like to give me an offer. They also sent a couple of mails for required documents. But I am yet to receive the offer letter, is this usual?

In my current company stuck in a project where there's no learning scope, no growth and work culture is toxic. Now I'm only going through Trailhead, YouTube playlist videos and practicing hands on in my free personal org. Are these enough to crack interviews or not? I don't have real-time project experience.

Hey guys, I have the first short 15-minutes call with a product guy from Hugging Face today wherein he is likely going to take a guess at what roles I could be suitable for. I had applied for Post-Sale Machine Learning solutions Engineer. Interviewed for a GS-15 (same agency but different office) and totally aced the interview with excellent answers. They know I’m a top performer with senior references. However I noticed there was an internal candidate who has been there for few years and interviewed that’s a veteran. I feel my chances just sank and want to gauge thoughts.
