How do you best leverage a job offer when you don’t want to leave? In the running for a VP job (higher level than now) that pays $70k higher than what I currently make. One of TOP MNC (CHUBB) offered me 18 lpa . I got counter offer of 28 lpa from CGI .
Today I called that TOP MNC (CHUBB) same. They asked me to share screenshot - I shared . Now they are asking complete offer letter of CGI but I denied as I feel this is not right to share docs.
