Penn State MBA online. Worth it?
Can anyone refer me to Slalom Consulting or chat about their recruiting process for MBA? I will be graduating in December with an MBA, trying to pivot to management and Strategy consulting. I have 8 plus years of experience in Corporate Accounting & Finance. Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I can attest it is a very labor intensive process with ongoing costs of time and money to maintain your cert. In some industries like construction, pharma, even certain tech, it is much more important. For marketing I would say not so much, unless you're working on massive multinational programs.
The new format I think is very generic for any role where you are managing projects. I just took it (and passed!) few months back and there was maybe 1 or 2 math questions, but vast majority were all more emotional intelligence related. It is a time commitment. I did a udemy overview course for 6 weeks, and then 6 weeks of practice tests. The PMI study hall questions were helpful.
Go for it. PMP is not for construction or soft dev anymore.
I usually advise to spend 2 hrs x5 business days x 4 months to properly prepare for the test.
