Preference and viewpoints on B2B vs B2C ?
Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance.Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.

I wasted 5 months interviewing with them for a VP position. There were three rounds of interviews. The whole process was extremely disorganized. Some of the examples include scheduling interviews and not sending Zoom links, ghosting, interview invitations addressed to someone else, and a final interview with a no-show from a Director. In the end, they wrote an email saying that they were working on a job offer followed by an automated e-mail saying that the position was no longer available. In a few days, they posted it again on LinkedIn and other sites. This is my Citi experience. No wonder Citi is in a big mess.
Utterly ridiculous
It's the same thing here. I went through two rounds. I waited two weeks and then got an email back, encouraging me to look back on the career site and other roles and that they enjoyed speaking with me, etc..
