I recently earned my PMP and PMI-ACP. I have experience working with external web development agencies and executing multiple projects through mainly agile methodologies but don't have a lot of PM governance documentation experience or the title of PM even though most of the work I did was PM oriented.

Looking for advice on how to 'break into' the field and formalize my experience further in this tough market.

As part of TCS onboarding, the BGV check third party company has sent message today to verify address through a link. In the address proof, they have given just 3 drop downs. 1)Aadhar card 2)DL 3) Ration card. The supporting document for my present address proof, I just have rental agreement which is not in this list. What to do? Aadhar has my permanent address. DL has my other city address which I had made while I was in that city. No ration card existing. Can I just upload Aadhar card again?

I am a backend Java engineer, and have solely used Java since I've started my software engineering career about 2 years ago. Every night for like the past month I’ve been getting incredibly emotional about adulthood. I miss the lack of responsibility, the simplicity of life, friends were always around, and less pressure to be successful.
