My annual perf discussion is monday morning. I work on a tough team for a tough place. I think Im a pretty good/almost high performer but only around 3 years and my boss seems to still act like I’m brand new (lifer boomer). Still no update from her end.
How much time it may take to get her back,as i have resigned in advance.
Resignation was based on technical rounds clearance confirmation and also due to headache for shortage of calls,for 90 days NP.
