Bain & Company I recently got feedback on an MBB interview that basically said while I was a good candidate, the interviewer would have appreciated if I was a little bit more analytical in my approach.

Guys there’s this boot camp that I came across that trains people to get jobs in Top consulting firms and has a fee plan wherein you pay once you get placed. I just wanted to know if someone here has any experience with this ?

Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company
McKinsey & Company Hi everyone. Hope all is well.
Recently took the McKinsey & Company game (not sure if I have an interview yet but preparing nonetheless). It’s an entry level business analyst position and an entry level digital position and was wondering if anyone wanted to case prep with me. I’m willing to work on anyones time zone. (I’m located in Sydney, Australia).

Provide additional analyses during the second and third buckets of the case. Drive towards getting the level 2 or level 3 analyses down
What does this mean?
Not analytical enough (to me) means you’re talking about plausible scenarios and buzzwords but you’re not grounding your insights in the case data or business knowledge. This is typically due to a lack of practice casing. How many cases did you do for prep?
I don’t agree with C1 - but they could be right. I don’t have enough info.
No one is going to know exactly what you did wrong. You’re just going to have to let it go, but you should have some idea of where you could have been better. Typically someone who is good enough to meet the bar but has a bad day knows exactly what went wrong. If you don’t know where you went wrong you might be worse at casing than you think.
This 👆🏻. Usually means your structure was not good enough (MECE, 3 layers min etc) and not backed by examples (“evidence”) that show you understand the solution, not just recite Case in Point
