What will be the take home salary that'll be credited in ro bank after all deductions including taxes, pf, etc
And onemore doubt befor in old company when my pay is CTC 9.6lpa my base pay is 32K per month but now CTC is 11.5lpa then y my basepay became 17k??

Before with 9.6 lpa i used to draw 72k pm after all deduction

Now wirh this salary chat below pls explain me what'll be my net salary and also say the problem with less basepay and why its reduced?

What's the inhand salary calculation for below 2 offers(after tax)

1. 34 LPA fixed pay ( both employer and employee PF included) 12% of Basic. Total 3.2 LPA in PF deduction.
