I recently got offered a job doing something similar to what I’m doing now but for an 8k pay rise. The caveat was it was only 2-11 shifts and I love having my evenings for doing things after work but I’m starting to second guess as that money would have been great. Is it only shifted jobs that offer this kind of extra money in this industry or could I find something that pays like this for regular, non anti-social shifts?

Anybody else with bpd struggle with getting attached to good managers/in-charges?

For those who have gone from one big 4 to another…was it frowned upon by your superiors/looked at as a slap in the face, even if your intentions are to leave on good terms?
