I recently joined Accenture and was hard locked to a project. On the 2nd day Client asked me few questions and I answered them correctly.
However, Client was expecting me to know some other framework which I didn't know ( I made it clear in call that I didn't know it).
Next day I was told I'm rejected from that Project.
I know there are many projects in Accenture but I'm just scared as sh*t.
I'm the only bread earner in the family and have many loans.
Need some motivational advice.

Hi fishes good morning. I joined CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks All

Hi folks need your suggestion here it would help me i guess . I have been working as manual tester for 3.5 years. I tried learning coding and felt difficult so gave up on that. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. Have on offer in hand with a better company for the role customer support specialist L3 . Should I take up this offer ? Or i can stay in Manual Testing my whole life ?
