Philips Bangalore - 23.6 fixed+9%var = 26CTC, 3months NP JPMC Pune - 29 fixed + bonus on top of it


I'm not able to decide, worst case if Philips demands me to serve complete 3 months notice then there will be risk if JPMorgan Chase revoked for whatever reason.

Can anyone share what is the working mode for now in Both KPMG India and KPMG Global ? WFH / WFO / Hybrid - if Hybrid how many days work from office ?

I would like to hit fire between 40-50. Currently 27, 185k total comp (125 for me and 60 for partner). Like my job don’t hate it don’t love it. Does an MBA make sense? This job is a lot better if you don't care about the bonus and hours requirement. I can pretty easily bill 1700 hours annually and my firm so far hasn't cared in the slightest. Worrying about hitting 2000 hours for the bonus used stress me out so much, and I just don't think it's worth it. Base salaries are ridiculous and way more than enough to finance my lifestyle.
