Need perspectives: I’m interviewing with a senior leader at Company A in a few days. I realized that about 3-4 years ago, I worked very briefly with this individual when he was an employee of Company B and I was working on a client project for them. I know we aren’t supposed to name our previous clients on interviews, but if he happens to recognize my name and asks if I did work with Company B before, would you all say yes, and essentially name a previous client on an interview?

Anyone have any worst interview stories? 100% bombed one yesterday, essentially just because I wasn't well prepared enough and I was super nervous. Knew what I wanted to say and said none of it, pretty sure I blacked out for at least some of it. Tell me I'm not the only one, (!!) or tips for self confidence are also welcome.

What is a reasonable base to expect from a client side tech company. Head of BA role? Currently solo BA but looking to scale the department.

I went through six rounds of interviews including putting together a 30 minute presentation which I presented to the whole team. The whole process took about six weeks. I turned down another lead position at a different company waiting. After all that they told me that hiring for this role was on hold until further notice. At the end of the day it’s business, but I am left feeling like I wasted my time (and theirs.)Totally confused and disheartened by this process. Anyone else experiencing this?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do

I wanted to share that I am in my first job as ui/ux expert and I am the only ux/ui person in the team. I am expected to take care of entire research and design of the product. It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Really looking for a way to turn around a toxic building culture with staff to staff bullying, cliques/social isolation, hard feelings on big topics (racism, non acceptance of gender identity). Last year the staff polarized with the lead bully whom I helped leave. And the lead gossip (who was my secretary) that gained their sympathy and turned them against me. She also left.
