I recently joined Virtusa on 11th July 2025 with a fixed salary of ₹16.38 LPA and total CTC of ₹18 LPA.

I’m under the new tax regime — can someone help me understand:

🔹 How much income tax will be deducted monthly?
🔹 What will be my monthly in-hand salary after all deductions like tax, PF, etc.?

I messed up my screenshare in a meeting with 2 colleagues and showed my personal email that had scheduling info for my onsite interviews with another company. I closed it but it was up long enough for them to see it. Now they both pretend like they saw nothing and I felt panic for some reason. BP: 23 Lpa + 1L joining bonus with 1 year lock in ( location : pune)
Airbus: 26lpa + 5 L joining bonus with 3 year lock in( location : bangalore)
Shell: 26 lpa ( final offer being rolled out)location : bangalore

Please advice which company would have a good growth story and work life balance....

I have an offer with service now with 21 lpa fixed + 2 lpa variable + shares+ sign on bonus and quest with 21 lpa fixed+ bonus .which is the good option .In service now for few months i should work as AEM tester and in Quest IT IS qlQA Automation Lead
