I'm not a hiring manager, but your experience and skills are what matter most.
That being said, tech support is a strange market. With 15 years of experience, I needed about half a year to get a decent offer after a layoff. 2 months into the new job, I got 2 better offers from different companies.
I'm no hiring manager or team leader but I would still consider you. That said, I don't think hiring managers operate the same way.

Personally I don't care about disabilities so long as the person can do the job. Furthermore, there are laws protecting people with disabilities against discrimination. I wouldn't even mention it. Focus on demonstrating your skill competency.
