I currently work in Healthcare as a respiratory therapist for 10 years. I have been at my job, currently, for a little over 5 years. In ELSS mutual the total we can save save tax is 1.5lakh. Do we need to invest yearly 1.5 lakh yearly to save tax? I am planning to have a Sip of 5000 monthly for 3 years. So total money invested in 3 years will be around 60000 * 3 = 180000.

Hello I just started my first job (I’m 22) and I need to set up a 401k for matching with my company.
