Top of the day to you all.
I have started a YouTube channel for DevOps and Cloud related technologies.
I'd really like to help if you folks have any question about the career in DevOps, etc
Feel free to drop your queries, dm, and suggestions, if any. I will try my best to answer.

I have a couple of questions for ZS fishes-
1. Is it possible to turn down a promotion at ZS? I'm currently happy with my responsibilities as a Decision Analytics Consultant and don't want any added responsibilities in the near future (next 5 years)
2. Is it possible to shape up a career path in the BC stream which doesn't involve business development? I don't want to get into working on SOWs and RFPs.

I would recommend eating better. Add some Salmon and Trout to your diet. High blood pressure at 30 seems more like a lifestyle issue than a career problem...but I would consult your doctor for sure!
Thank you for your feedback, if my diet gets any healthier I’m going to have to go full plant based lol. I had thought chasing quotas will eventually overly stress me out and contribute to my health declining.
Yeah ssc is right, perhaps there’s more to the story.
Outside of lifestyle, what level of stress do you feel with work? Do your peers and friends feel the same?
Do you find time on weekends and afternoons to unwind?
Stay away from salt, it is in everything we eat. Walking, stationary bike, proper hydration with water will help. If you job is causing high bp, you should attempt to readjust or find another profession. Deep breathing helps!
Mine was similar at 30- now I run 5 miles 4 days a week. You have to work up to that which equates to 4 hrs a week of running. Bp 115/65
