I see many fishes here have good opinion on IBM..but for your information IBM in india for consultants is IBM GBS(Global Business Services) which is also a consultant service like WITCH companies..and many projects IBM have were support projects atleast for SAP..implementation projects in india mostly goes to accenture sometimes to cognizant..and hikes in IBM will be arround 1-2 percent max..no growth for learning..permanent wfh which gives you less connections..correct me if i am wrong

I had a small query that I have been interviewed for a role in Deloitte in October 2020 and I have not cleared the interview then after again I had applied and cleared the interview and got the LOI also but the time gap is not exactly 6 months between the two interviews will it be a problem to get my offer letter.?

So I was offered a role in Strategy Consulting in after 2 years in Risk Consulting however, after 2 years I’ve only worked on Internal audit engagements few ad hocs such as updating risk register and the delegation of authority matrix.

Honestly speaking I am doing good and I am up for promotion in October however I am not fully enjoying my time but I fear that the move would not be a good and I can’t hit the ground running which scares me.

I recently got an offer where I was given almost 60% salary hike on my current CTC. I initially declined the offer but the company somehow motivated me to join them. And due to the changes in the joining date, their HR told me to submit mu resignation with my current company and and let them know my last working day so that they can accordingly share the revised offer letter. I got my resignation acceptance and LWD from the current company but they are not sharing the revised letter.
