How can I tell recruiters the same since they would ask for resignation mail and they can find out my actual release date ? Is taking a break would create a negative impact on my career or resume ?

I have recently accepted offer for Epam , but when i saw some glassdoor reviews .it mostly about job security . Do epam really fire employees if didn't select for client interviews.can i reject my offer once i accept it..?

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Its almost 2 weeks and i haven't heard back anything from them. My status in portal shows "You are moving to the final steps in the process". This status has not changed since last 2 weeks.

Have given interview for JP morgan And completed 3 technical rounds almost 5-6 hours i spent. Now they say profile is on hold And when selected HR will get back to me.

I should hope for anything further or I should consider as rejected.

Currently, I'm in a product based company since 2yrs and got only 15% hike till now(they said covid crisis).
I'm confused because i really have good recognition here.
Anyway, i need hike for personal reasons.

Is it good to switch from product based company to service based company if I'm offered with good hike? How much can i demand?
