I was already on 24K so they offered me the same salary - however, the buyer role came up and they offered me this instead but same salary -24K. Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market. Is it possible to get 45 days early relieving in cognizant if manager like to prepone LWD To 45 days ? I don't want early relieving since my other company joining is in April and they don't prepone DOJ. Without salary for 2 months is very difficult to survive .

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here.
