I see so many posts here in salary by Devs. But i see very less crowd from testing community. Any experienced QA SDET out here who can tell on the career progress in this domain. Is it possible to get high salary in SDET like most of SDE background are getting, like more than 60LPA. I feel it's impossible to reach that with QA/SDET background 😓😓😓😓

Hello friends, looking at a JP opportunity and hopefully going into the offer process after today’s interview. What I need help is understanding the comp structure in non front office roles ? In Goldman we have PATC ( per annum total comp ) which is nothing but base + “promised” bonus % + RSU.. how do you have total comp defined in JP ? the bonus also a % of base and almost agreed upon ? Example my bases is 200k and bonus is 25 % etc ?

The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
