…and that’s exactly how organizations stagnate. Sometimes the loudest voice is against your goals. A real leader considers all perspectives and makes decisions based on information not personal agendas.
I agree. We have a very loud voice (known for being disrespectful to lower level colleagues, but who delivers good results for the leadership and that's what matters) that doesn't have our best group's best interest in mind but is influential and drags others along even with flawed, short-sighted arguments

The voice of influential is heard, why do you think they are called “influential”???? They can influence and you can’t.

What seems blatantly obvious to us, is rarely obvious to others.
So while you may be correct and while they may also be acting dismissively toward your ideas, I’d ask if they are truly understanding you. If they truly understand you and aren’t entertaining your ideas, that might be a you problem. If they don’t understand and are dismissing your ideas, that’s still a you problem.
I’ve been in your shoes when I was earlier in my career. In my opinion, the only sure way to get your ideas to stick is to generate alot of them and explain it at the level of a toddler
