I was a Sr AD at my last agency before jumping tech/brand side that knocks u down a level so I’m basically mid level by brand side standards so I feel like I regressed in a way and it made it difficult to find a senior role again in both agency/brand. Anyone have any experience of when they felt was a good time to have jumped?

I am working with some of the best shops and this makes the situation worse considering that I am largely surrounded by an extremely competent group of folks that are super good at any form of communication.
