I started a new job as an AS at an ad agency 4 months ago (shortly after being promoted to AS at my last agency) and have been expected to lead several huge projects (e.g., an entire drug indication) that fall under totally different areas of the business with no real oversight. I feel in way over my head and totally incompetent. Since I’m still fairly new to this level in general, idk if this is a normal amount of responsibility for an AS to have even at a new agency or if I’m set up to fail.

I’m seriously enatkng to get into an SE role and have been searching for Associate Sales Engineers that do NOT require SE experience since I’ve none. It’s proving to be difficult. Most companies for some reason are requiring 2-3 years of experience for the Associate role. 😭 Any Sales Engineers who know of companies hiring those with no experience? I am in tech as a BDR already.

Hi all, I am trying to DCA bi-weekly into Vanguard ETFs, (VO, VTI etc). It seems like Fidelity does not support auto buying of non-Fidelity ETFs. So I was wondering which of these options you think is best?

1. Open a Vanguard Invest account
2. Look for Fidelity ETFs that are similar to Vanguard ETFs
3. Use smaller brokerages like SoFi l, Robinhood etc.

I work for a small agency and manage our internal marketing acct. We had very few processes in place when I started. I’ve since created, implemented, and trained our dept. on project mgmt for clients and am trying to convince the owner to apply those principles to our internal jobs. They are resistant because they just want the work to be done and don’t “want to keep spending money on internal jobs”. What is the average salary for an Account Manager position? For context, the agency is 100% remote and doesn’t base salary based on the employee’s location. Was originally told $80k but was then informed the recruiter made a mistake and that it will likely be mid-70s at the highest.
